Bowhead whale

Bowhead whale (postcard)

Write a beautiful personal note with one of these seed cards, which will bring joy by later blooming in the home. The illustration is printed on handmade, cream-colored recycled paper embedded with wildflower seeds. Naturally, a beautiful, sturdy recycled paper envelope is included.

We actually have a personal connection to the bowhead whale (Balaena mysticetus), as we lived in Greenland for two years. This great, mysterious giant was hunted to near extinction, but fortunately, it was legally protected in 1966. These massive whales live only in Arctic waters and remain under pressure due to increased globalization.

To plant the seed card, cover it with 3 mm of soil, place it in the sun, and keep it moist until the seeds have established small sprouts. Then, it is simply time to enjoy one of the world's little miracles by watching these sprouts develop into flowers.
