Germination of seeds

Pour lukewarm water over the seeds and then let them soak for 24–48 hours. Then sow the seeds in moist seed-starting mix or cactus soil. Alternatively, you can place the seeds between layers of moist paper towel, which is then placed in a sealed bag. Place in a bright and warm spot.

Passion fruit seeds can generally take a long time to germinate. You can potentially try to speed up the process by carefully filing the seeds with a nail file or fine sandpaper before soaking them.
